Development of multi-roll cleaner applied in a grading line in Finland
The 8-roll cleaner, which is part of a bulk with unloading conveyor, has been specially developed to meet the needs of the user. Multiple applications in 1 machine. The 3 stainless steel and 2 spiral rollers are mounted alternately, so that soil and small clods are separated from the crop. Finally, there are 3 brush rollers that remove any soil from the product. To make the cleaning bed free of product, a system with moving brushes has been installed.
Characteristics:
- Each roller is driven separately,
- the angle of inclination and the gap can be adjusted.
