BKV 2250

A full-fledged production unit

Bijlsma Hercules has developed the BKV 2250 for all installations and setups where a lack of space is an issue and where you still want to optimally fill boxes or big-bags. By using a bunker above the filling belt, the machine is a full-fledged production unit within your company. Thanks to the vertical elevators with a very product-friendly finger-cam construction, it is possible to fill boxes and big-bags of practically any size with the greatest care.

The base frame of the box filler is provided with an integrated height adjustment, with which the machine is easily to the correct filling level can be adjusted.
Line Module connection to the machine's control panel that allows the machine to be easily incorporated into a processing line. The machine functions as a "master", with which other machines can be activated at the capacity of the filling proces.
The BKV 1900 is available in two different widths: 600 and 800 mm.

Frequency converter for adjustable filling capacity.
Connection box for supply elevator, switched power supply. The connector stops the supply belt at the time the filler stops and turns back on when the filler restarts (max. 16 Amp).
