Functional design and operation

The buckling construction on the moving floor ensures an optimally dosed transition between the receiving hopper and the product cleaner. The moving floor consists of two very heavy roller chains with transverse carriers mounted in between. The polyester-nylon cloth which is mounted over the cleats, creates a favorable conveying effect. The moving floor is driven by an electric motor mounted directly on the gearbox. This results in a better power transmission. The moving floor speed is adjustable by a frequency converter. The system can be equipped with automatic capacity regulation. This control unit is connected to the frequency converter and consists of a sensor for ultrasonic layer thickness measurement and a PLC control.

Dosing device for onions (option)
  • Solid chassis with the possibility to mount a product cleaner.
  • The gear units are equipped with a direct drive.
  • Separate engine cooling that enables the right cooling, no matter the speed and conditions.
  • The moving floor consists of 2.000 mm wide crossbars, covered by a polyester nylon cloth. On both sides the crossbars are mounted on a 4-inch heavy chain.
  • Floor system equipped with stainless steel wear plates below the side seals, which optimizes the service life of the moving floor.
  • Height-adjustable front panel for a flexible input of the crops.
  • Double sealing with rubber flaps to prevent spillage at the input side.
  • Viewing grids in the side panels to observe the product level.
  • Remote control with an on/off button, emergency stop and rotary button for setting the speed of the moving floor.
  • Large pneumatic tires for transport of the receiving hopper across the yard.

  • Automatic capacity control (ACR).
  • Automatic chain lubrication.
  • Rubber sealing flap at the front to the floor.
  • Drive-in light: 2 LED lights with 4 LEDs, the lights shine continuously when the receiving hopper is switched on.
  • Drive-in light: 2 LED lights with 4 LEDs, the lights turn off when the tipping trailer has entered the receiving hopper sufficiently.
