Maximum product friendliness

The unique construction guarantees absolutely cone-free filling. This is essential for good air permeability and thus the effectiveness of the cooling / ventilation system. By using vertical elevators with a very product-friendly finger-carrier construction, it is possible to fill boxes and big-bags of practically any size with the greatest care. By setting two mechanical stops, it is possible to fill boxes of different heights or widths with a minimum drop height.

Elevator conveyor model BT-EL 450-80, for a seamless feeding of the product.
Electric height adjustment instead of counterweights for big bags.
Frequency converter for adjustable filling capacity.
Electrical connection for an elevator conveyor, switched power supply. This stops the elevator conveyor the moment the box and big bag filler stops (max. 16 Amp).
Connection box for 400V switching power supply. This allows a storage line to be switched by the box and big bag filler (external power supply - max. 32 Amp).
